Arkiv för alla / Archives for All
These meetings are open to everyone interested in archival theory and practice—especially perspectives emerging at the intersection of archives and urban justice. The group brings together researchers, activists, artists, and others interested in developing critical and community-based archival practices.
Questions can be directed to: Robert Nilsson Mohammadi (robert.mohammadi@mau.se).
19 February: Living and Open Archives
You are warmly invited to the first event in a series hosted by the Copenhagen case of the research project INNATURE – Enhancing biodiversity and social inclusion by transforming Europe’s living environments.
The seminar takes place in the common housing area AKB Lundtoftegade, where arts, humanities, and technological approaches are combined to bring together biodiversity and people diversity, re-imagining new living futures and “next practices” across Europe.
The seminar on Living and Open Archives is organised by Heidi Svenningsen Kajita (University of Copenhagen) and hosted by Til Vægs. Together with archive-interested colleagues from London, Malmö, and Copenhagen, we will discuss the role of memory work in community building and urban change.
