Prof Carina Listerborn, Director of the IUR, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming public lecture Urban Genderscapes: Real and Imagined Geographies on February 10, 2025, at the Delhi School of Economics.
This event, part of the DSE Diamond Jubilee Lecture Series, brings together distinguished scholars, including Prof. Elena Vacchelli (University of Greenwich) and Dr. Deborah Jermyn (University of Roehampton), to explore gendered urban experiences from diverse perspectives. Prof. Listerborn will discuss “Safety as a Resource for Urban Quality of Life”.
The lecture will be chaired by Prof. Anindita Datta, Head of the Department of Geography at the University of Delhi, with opening remarks from Prof. Ram Singh, Director of the Delhi School of Economics.
