Call for Papers: workshop series “Temporalities of urban natures: imaginaries, narratives, and practices”
IUR postdoc Mathilda Rosengren and Lucilla Barchetta from Università Iuav di Venezia are organizing a workshop series titled “Temporalities of urban nature: imaginaries, narratives, and practices.”.
The workshop series seeks to explore how different temporal entanglements structure, affect, and co-produce urban landscapes of the Anthropocene city through three overlapping thematic approaches: Material Narratives of Urban Natures; Environmental Imaginaries of Urban Change; Practices of Environmental Design.
The series will take place between Iuav University of Venice (September 21), Malmö University IUR (March 22), and the Georg-Simmel Center for Metropolitan Studies, HU Berlin (June 22).
The last application day is June 15.
