A new article by IUR Professor Carina Listerborn is out in Housing Studies journal, titled The new housing precariat: experiences of precarious housing in Malmö, Sweden.
In her article, Carina Listerborn presents the results from an interview study with individuals about their experiences of the unequal housing market in Malmö. Based on this study, she analyzes the consequences of the shift to a neoliberal housing market in Sweden, and she offers insights on the gendered and racialized aspects that affect housing precariousness.
