The first workshop of the AHRC-funded project MAUSI Net: Menopause Artivism in the UK, Sweden, and India took place in Malmö. This initiative, a collaboration between the University of Greenwich (Elena Vacchelli), University of Roehampton (Deborah Jermyn), University of Delhi(Anindita Datta), and Malmö University (Carina Listerborn), brought together participants to advance transdisciplinary understanding and awareness of post-reproductive health and share experiences and stories of the transformative period of menopause. In partnership with Equal Health, Malmö University, and the Women’s Association in Lindängen, the workshop featured cartoonist Karolina Bång, who guided attendees in drawing and storytelling. The next workshop will be held in India in February.
