Conference in Malmö: Urban Transformations and Urban Histories

The Institute for Studies in Malmö’s History (IMH) and the Institute for Urban Research (IUR) are pleased to invite you to the Urban Transformations and Urban Histories conference, which will be held in Malmö on May 15–17, 2024.
The point of departure of Urban Transformations and Urban Histories is the present and historical processes and power conflicts of cities’ changing economic, political and spatial circumstances. To expand and deepen these perspectives, the purpose of the conference is to create interdisciplinary discussions among diverse academic fields, between academia and practitioners in urban planning and cultural heritage and among different professional disciplines.
