Corner: A traveling science exhibition on housing and energy in Christiania, Copenhagen 11-13 June

IUR’s researchers involved in the Horizon project PREFIGURE that investigates housing and energy renovations in Europe will be hosting a related exhibition in Christiania during June 11-13. This page will be updated continuously with additions to the program – all are warmly welcome! A selection of events at the exhibition includes:

Thursday, June 11th

12:00: Exhibition opens

13:30: What is new for Christiania? Join us for a panel discussion on the history and new developments on energy provision and housing in Christiania

Friday, June 12th

11:00-13:30: Listen & share your experience with energy!

14:30: New doesn’t always mean better…explore practices around how to preserve materials in a sustainable, creative and beautiful way with local artist and activist Anna Tengberg!

Saturday, June 13th

12:00: Guided tour through Christiania

13:00: Roundtable on energy communities in the green transition: What is the role of community in the green transition? How should the transition be organized? Learn more from local and international experiences!
