Per is an Associate Professor in environmental science and a Senior Lecturer in physical geography with a focus on didactics. He holds a Ph.D. in physical geography and ecosystem analysis, focusing on satellite remote sensing for estimating carbon dioxide exchange between vegetation and the atmosphere. His research focus also includes, for example, conditions for implementing the ecosystem services concept in urban planning.
